Philippe Dréano, ESSEC, joins the Group in 1989 at Segm (today Pernod Ricard Europe) as Marketing Manager. In 1991, he is appointed Area Export Director at Pernod International before becoming in 1994 Managing Director of Perithai (today Pernod Ricard Thailand). 

In 1996, he is appointed Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Japan before becoming in 2000 Chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard Asia. 

Since 1 July 2009, he is Chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard Americas.
